Vacuum casting (VC) also know an Room Temperature Vulcanization (RTV) or Silicone rubber molding is a least expensive & fastest way to create multiple prototypes. Parts with undercuts can be easily fabricated.

Polyurethane (PU) material is used for prototypes. A range of PU materials are available to meet your needs varying from ABS, Glass filled ABS, Acrylic, PE, PP, Elastomer.

PU castings can be machined, glued, sanded, painted.
