Rafale Fighter Aircraft
Twin-jet, 5th generation fighter aircraft scale model. 50 units produced via Vacuum Casting with ABS-like Polyurethane. Cockpit manufactured in transparent Polycarbonate for internal component visibility.

- Maintain all demonstration features at 1:10 scale
- Achieve smooth, presentation-ready surface finish
- Transparent cockpit canopy requiring optical clarity

RF Waveguide
Satellite RF signal transmission component. Metal Additive Manufacturing in AlSi10Mg via Selective Laser Melting (SLM). Post-processed with precision machining and silver coating for signal performance.

- Extreme dimensional accuracy required for RF signal transmission
- Complex hollow internal channels impossible to produce via CNC machining
- Silver coating adhesion on metal AM surfaces
