Subtractive Manufacturing
CNC Precision Machining
Top-of-the-line Makino and HAAS vertical machining centers with 3/4/5-axis capability. 20+ materials, 5-micron accuracy — from display models to functional production components.
Capabilities
Multi-Axis Machining
Our CNC division handles everything from simple 3-axis prismatic parts to complex 5-axis aerospace geometries — all with Makino and HAAS precision.
3-Axis Machining
Standard vertical machining for flat and prismatic parts. Ideal for enclosures, panels, brackets, and basic geometric forms with tight tolerances.
4-Axis Machining
Rotary axis enables machining of cylindrical and angular features in a single setup. Reduces handling, improves accuracy, and enables complex contours.
5-Axis Machining
Simultaneous multi-axis motion for the most complex geometries — undercuts, compound curves, and aerospace-grade surfaces in a single setup.
Process
Subtractive Manufacturing
CNC machining is a subtractive process — starting with a solid block of material and removing material with precision cutting tools to achieve the final geometry. This delivers parts in the actual production material with tight dimensional tolerances and excellent surface finish.
Our machines are complemented by skilled programmers and machinists who optimize tool paths, fixtures, and cutting strategies for each unique part — whether it is a one-off prototype or a batch of 500 units.
