Manufacturing Ecosystem
Our Services
18+ technologies under one roof. From rapid prototyping to small-volume production — end-to-end manufacturing solutions built on 24 years of engineering excellence.
3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing
From concept to functional parts in days
Our additive manufacturing division operates 5 distinct 3D printing technologies — SLA (Stereolithography), SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), DLP (Digital Light Processing), and SLM (Selective Laser Melting) for metals. With large-platform 3D Systems ProJet machines (600mm+ X/Y build area) and multiple material options, we are the only service bureau in India offering 5 different SLA materials.

Vacuum Casting
Silicone molds, urethane resins — production quality at prototype cost
With 18+ years of experience, our vacuum casting division produces high-quality, sturdy, and accurate parts using silicone rubber molds and thermoset polyurethane resins. From small switchgear parts to large automobile bumpers — both rigid and flexible parts at a fraction of injection mold tooling cost. Materials include ABS, PP, PC, Acrylic, Rubber (Shore 45A-85A), High Temp, Nylon, Nylon-GF, FR-grade, and Food-grade resins.

Metal Casting
Investment, Sand, and Gravity Die Casting with 50+ years combined expertise
Three distinct metal casting options: Vacuum Metal Casting for high metallurgical quality at low volumes, Investment Casting using Schultheiss Rapid Metal machines for short-run production, and Sand Casting with No-Bake technology for quick and economical parts. Supported by furnaces, vacuum investment mixers, high-pressure water jets, sandblasters, and a full machine shop with Makino and HAAS VMCs.

Reaction Injection Molding (RIM)
Bridge between prototyping and production tooling
Low-cost tooling for volumes between vacuum casting and traditional injection molding. Materials include tough ABS/PP grade and FR-grade polyurethane resins with high impact resistance. Choose from Silicone Rubber Molds, ABS plastic machined molds, Hybrid Molds (100-2000+ qty), or Metal Molds (up to 10,000 qty). Greater accuracy than vacuum casting with stronger materials — ideal for large parts like car bumpers and medical product assemblies.

- 4 mold options
- Up to 10,000 qty per mold
- FR-grade available
- High impact resistance
- Large part capability
CNC Router Machining
Large format, 4-axis, styling models and vacuum forming molds
Our in-house designed CNC router machines handle large-format parts in wood and plastics with 4-axis capability. Ideal for creating styling models, vacuum forming molds, display prototypes, and large-format architectural models. Complements our precision CNC division for parts that need scale over tight tolerances.
