Transparent housing for gear and bearing analysis. Manufactured via Precision Machining from Acrylic and Polycarbonate transparent blocks, enabling visual inspection of internal gear meshing and bearing performance. Produced across 12 VMC machines.

Heavy Duty Vehicle Exhaust Pipe
Near-2-metre exhaust pipe assembly for a heavy-duty vehicle. Manufactured in 4 segments using Elastomer PU and ABS-like PU via Vacuum Casting. Segments assembled to create the complete exhaust run.
Challenges
- Almost 2 metres in total length — largest single-part prototype
- 4-segment assembly requiring precise fit at every joint
- Elastomer material required for vibration and thermal simulation

Complete 2-metre exhaust assembly delivered for fitment and vibration testing on the target vehicle.
